Mesothelioma

We were instructed by our personal injury solicitor client to assess the loss of earnings of the Claimant who was diagnosed with mesothelioma two years previously.

The Claimant was a partner in a construction business and had contracted mesothelioma as a result of his exposure to asbestos whilst working for the Defendant in the 1970s.
